I have always been passionate about health and fitness. From my own training and lifestyle to constantly keeping up-to-date with the latest on healthy eating and training as a hobby. After spending over 10 years working in the Corporate world I decided to complete my studies in Fitness and become a Personal Trainer and since then I haven't looked back!
