CONSISTENCY IS KEY
I have this conversation too many times and my responses are always the same.
We live in a society where we want next months results right now. I absolutely hate it because it takes away from being consistent, showing dedication and working hard.
If you’re not consistent with things like your current nutritional plan, your weekly training plan, your weekly step count, your sleep, etc. what makes you think that ‘changing it up’ will make any kind of difference? The problem? Lack of consistency.
Fix that and all your goals will be achieved. If you’re struggling with things like this. If you’re finding that you’re not able to get a solid plan put in place that allows you to progress.
