BOOT CAMP
Our boot camp is a great add on to your PT Program. It’s a great change up of training style and is always full of energy and intensity. These are run on Saturdays ONLY.
BOXING CLASSES
Our boxing sessions are fun and challenging and will ensure that you learn a new skill and develop your ability to improve in boxing! These are run on Saturdays ONLY.
