I know that this was supposed to be a 3 part series but I have added one more tip which I truly believe is the most important piece of advice when it comes to your nutrition.
HAVE A PLAN!
What do I mean by this? By failing to plan you are planning to fail. The best way to remain consistent with your nutrition is to have a plan, a roadmap, that is going to lead you on the right path.
Countless times I have seen people try to wing it, and it never worked. Countless times I have seen people try to follow someone else’s regime and it never worked.
Create a plan for you. Create a plan that you will stick to. Implement a regime that will fit in within your daily and weekly schedule. Have a plan in motion to cover you not just for 8 weeks or 12 weeks, but for the rest of your life.
The more clarity you have, the more compliant you will be.
