ARE EGGS GOOD FOR OUR BODY?

For as long as I can remember, Eggs have been a topic of debate. .

Are they bad?

My answer: HELL NO!!!

1. Eggs should be regarded as a "superfood"

2. The are a source of food that is highly nutritious

3. They are a compete protein. A complete protein or whole protein is a food source of protein that contains an adequate proportion of each of the nine essential amino acids necessary in the human diet.

4. Highly Bioavailable. When a nutrient is highly "bioavailable," it can be digested and absorbed a high percentage of the time and in a dependable way. When a nutrient is poorly bioavailable, its digestion, its absorption, or both can be much more difficult and much less predictable

5. They raise HDL Cholesterol (the good kind!)

6. Are filling and can reduce appetite especially when eaten for breakfast

In summary, eggs are great for you.

Unfortunately outdated medical research and a lot of old school medical protocols (that are not up to date with the EXTENSIVE sources of modern research), still label the consumption of eggs as something that is very bad for you.
