The sooner you drop the diet mentality, the sooner you become aware of the positive impact that food can have on the body
The choices we make will determine how well we function on a day to day basis
A pet hate of mine is when someone assumes you’re on a diet because you’re not eating processed food and choosing to eat protein and vegetables
When did we normalise an unhealthy lifestyle?
And we still scratch our heads and get upset when we receive a blood test result with negative news 🤷🏻♂️
