Training hard is fantastic and I’m all for it, but if you’re not recovering from these hard sessions, where is the progress?
My 5 tips to maximising improving recovery are:
1. SLEEP
2. EAT YOUR PROTEIN
3. STAY HYDRATED
4. EAT ADEQUATE CALORIES
5. RECOVERY DAYS ARE VITAL
Incorporating these practices on a daily basis is very important when wanting to improve in your training and/or body composition
