YOUR GOALS FOR 2020

Are you are feeling a sense of relief that 2019 is over? It’s a new year so you tell yourself things are going to be different.

But are they going to be different? What are you going to do this year or this month to make sure things are going to turn out differently? If you bring the same habits and thought processes you had in 2019 into 2020 then it won’t matter what new goals you set for yourself, chances are you will end up frustrated at the end of this year as well. If your goal is to lose body fat, then you need to be prepared to change your lifestyle. That needs to be your first goal. If you plan to continue the same eating and drinking habits as last year and brush off the importance of things like managing your stress and getting consistently good quality sleep then nothing will change for you in 2020. Whatever your goals are for this year, you need to make sure you understand them and why you want to achieve them. Simply writing down a set of goals isn’t going to make them achievable. Understanding what you need to do and being the person you need to be comes first. How are you going to make 2020 different?
