HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN A PERSONAL TRAINER AND A COACH

Continuing on from our last post on this topic some of the other qualities you should expect from a quality fitness professional include; 1. They can admit when they are wrong; we are human, we make mistakes. When we do it is important to own up to them and move forward. You should feel confident bringing up your concerns to us without you feeling like you will be dismissed because of our own ego. As we continue to upskill and learn it means that the way we do things might change and we have to own up to the fact that at any point in time we are only acting in accordance with our best judgement. 2. They are present and respect your time; as coaches or trainers what we provide is more than just a service. You entrust us with your health and safety and you should expect that we are there to provide you with an environment in which you can work towards your goals under our guidance. We are focused on getting you the best possible results when you are with us as well as when you are out of the gym and we use our time together to ensure that if you need additional assistance outside of our sessions we are available to provide this so that your chances of success increase.
