Want the truth? I’m not motivated every second of my day. But what I am is dedicated.
I never used to be like this. When things were hard for me in my personal life or with business, I’d instantly feel ‘unmotivated’ and make poor decisions with the things that have a big impact on my health.
How did I change this? It wasn’t a moment in time where it whole world changed, but it definitely was one conversation that changed my entire outlook on what I’m doing.
I got asked the simple question of ‘What is the most important thing to you?’
If you know me, you know how important my family is to me before anything else.
Once I made the connection between me doing what I’m doing and how it has a HUGE impact on my family (the goal is positive), I soon realised that my motivation stemmed from them being the reason for WHY I do what I do at the intensity that I do it with.
The amazing people I call family are my motivation to be the best version of myself in everything that I do.
This is how it works for me. You’ll all be different, but one this is for sure, there is something/someone out there that gives you all the reasons you need to get up and work hard.
