Do we focus on developing and sustaining good habits? Yes

Do we crash diet? No

Do we cut our carbs? No

Do we train 7 days a week 2 hours each day? No

Do we focus on managing stress on the body? Yes

Do we ensure that we are focused and sticking to the plan 80-90% of the time? Yes
