How many of us say “I just need to wait until I have X to be able to do Y” or “I had one meal off plan and now my whole program is ruined!”
Answer me this…
Does someone make progress when they stick to 80% of the plan 100% of the time or when they stick to 100% of the plan 10% of the time?
