When it comes to what I do for a living, I place a huge emphasis on why I do it, and with that comes who I do it for. So, I ask you - what’s your “why?”
At this point in your life, what are the 4 things that mean the most to you? These 4 things are what I call your “why?”
They are what get you up in the morning, what drive you to do what others can’t be bothered doing. They are what allows you to find the motivation to go to that extra mile when others would give up. They are what ignites the fire within you so that you take action in your life.
Looking after your health has the biggest impact on your quality of life.
So, what motivates you? Who motivates you? Why does it/do they motivate you?
What is your plan for the next 12 months? What is your plan for the next 5 years?
Have you thought about these things? If your answer is “yes”, then you have direction and clarity. You know where you want to go with your life.
If your answer is “no”, do not be surprised if 12 months, 18 months, 3 years, 5 years etc. pass you by and you are still in the same spot.
Motivation is important. It is what starts the whole process and ensures you know where you are going, what you are doing and why you are doing it.
What is your “why?”
