1. Boil them and let them sit for 10 minutes - this will ensure that you breakdown the exterior wall prior to eating them, making them easier to be absorbed by the body. Dice them as well after they have been boiled
2. Season them to ensure that they simply have more flavour. Remember, when something tastes nicer, you're more inclined to enjoy it. Studies have shown that when we enjoy food, our body is able to absorb and digest it much better then if we were to consume food/s that we didn't like at all.
