There is a big misconception about weight loss
People assume that it’s this challenging thing to do and you need to do drastic things to achieve the body that you want
I agree with the fact that it is challenging, but it doesn’t need to be complicated
Having structure is very important. Incorporating movement through counting steps in your day and exercising is very important. Eating in a calorie deficit is very important.
This is very well documented and spoken about, but one area that isn’t is Stress Management.
If you’re someone who has poor sleep, you’ll struggle with things like digestion, stress, energy levels, recovery, the list goes on.
All of these effect weight loss.
Have you focused on improving your sleep? If not, I’d highly recommend you to do focus on this to ensure that what you’re wanting to get out of your training can be achieved!
