WORKING HARDER ISN’T ALWAYS THE ANSWER

You have no idea how many times I’ve heard this in my time in this industry.


In my opinion, it’s because of the stupidity of things like the push for ultra low calorie diets, detoxes, cleanses, the go go go mentality, elimination of entire food groups, demonising the consumption of animal based proteins, and my favourite….


‘I’ll sleep when I’m dead bro !'


Want to know why you’re working so hard but not seeing the results you want?


Your brain doesn’t care about making you happy. It cares about keeping you alive.


So when you eat 1200 calories a day, train super hard, wake up tired all the time, hit 10,000-12,000 steps a day, do your cardio, drink less than 1.5 litres of water per day….


You have no right to be upset about not getting your desired results.


Remember, the brain only cares about keeping you alive. It doesn’t care about your fat loss goals.


Use nutrition to NOURISH your body.


Use sleep to PREPARE you for the day to come.


Get a massage to DE-STRESS the body.


LISTEN to your body. If it’s not reacting the way it’s supposed to, there’s a reason for that.


The leanest bodies in the world eat a lot of nourishing food, prioritise sleep, train with weights, and understand the relationship between results and stress management.
