The Recovery Session is a combination of yoga, stretching and breathing techniques to nourish the body and provide some light movement to finish the week and compliment the hard work that you put in day in and day out. It will be a contrast to the training that we do through the week where our focus is to calm our nervous systems while moving our bodies in ways that feel therapeutic. The Recovery Session will be made up of simple movements meaning that there is no judgement or prior experience required. This session is for everyone who wants the opportunity to round out their week by slowing down with some light and loving movement.
