MAKE TIME FOR YOUR HEALTH!

Want to know why people find it hard to juggle their everyday responsibilities as well as the gym? Because they think that they have to train 4-6 days a week to get anything from their training. The truth is that 2-3 days per week, for most people, is PLENTY. Why? Because of what their body can be able to tolerate/recover from. How many of us train and then do nothing else with our day? Not many. How many of us struggle to get more than 6 hours of quality sleep per night? (by quality I mean never wake up throughout the night). How many of us have a 6am PT session booked in but find ourselves laying in bed at 12am with our eyes wide open? These things are all constant occurrences with many people that I speak to and I get it, it can get hard to manage it all. I truly believe that having balance is BULLSHIT. Nothing good comes from balance. Only excuses come from balance. I like the use of integration. You integrate training into your life based on your schedule. You integrate walks into your schedule. You integrate eating into your schedule. You DON’T… 1. Try and find a spare hour 2. Eat whenever you can 3. Neglect the need for good sleep every night 4. Make poor excuses that you know are a load of rubbish

The choice is yours. Manage your time better and stay consistent the majority of the time OR be in the same place in 12 months time. Where do you want to be?
