PERSPECTIVE IS A GREAT THING

How many of us don’t pay much attention to our perspective on things?


It can do wonders for us or be counterproductive.


A great example is on our perspective on everything to do with our nutrition.


We can think of it as something that’s frustrating and hard.


OR


We can think about it as a short term necessity in order for us to achieve our long term goal/s and that the sacrifices we are making now are setting us up for the success that we’re after.


How do you think about these things?


I guarantee you that if your perspective is a more positive one, then your ability to succeed is merely a formality and not a surprise.
